Senior Sourcing Specialist

Location: Houston TX 77002 United States Duration : 6+ Months (Higher Possibility of extension & conversion ) Pay-range: $30 to $31/hr. About the Role: Develop and execute sourcing strategies and RFP/RFQ events. Negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and risk provisions. Manage supplier relationships and performance. Support capital projects and procurement initiatives. Identify cost savings, process improvements, and risk-reduction opportunities. Manage contract renewals, amendments, and performance tracking. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience. Experience with engineering, construction, utility, infrastructure, industrial, or capital projects preferred. Strong contract negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and drive results.
