We are seeking a reliable and flexible Manufacturing Floater to support multiple departments within a fast-paced production environment. This position offers exposure to various manufacturing processes and is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day-to-day responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Provide production support across multiple manufacturing departments as needed.
- Perform packing, assembly, machine support, and general labor duties.
- Rotate between work areas based on production demands.
- Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
Shift hours: 3PM - 11:30PM
