Behavioral Health Clinician (Bachelors)

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI crisis, inpatient and transition point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment, provide quality care, and complete behavioral health assessments and service plans for all individuals admitted to their program. The BHC documents provided services, coordinates discharges, and collaborates with families or other significant others. Responsibilities The BHC: Coordinates care and maintains a safe environment with PCT, RN, and BHMP. Completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for admissions. Documents services and coordinates discharges from CBI programs. Collaborates with families or significant others regarding patient care. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health; Master’s Degree preferred but not required. Licensed at the associate level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor preferred. 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care related work experience with exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations. Licensure at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor is preferred.
