Equipment Operator – Reach Truck/Cherry Picker
Fresno, CA | Beauty & Cosmetics Distribution Center

Our client, a top beauty and cosmetics distribution center, is looking for reliable Equipment Operators to support their busy warehouse operations. As a reach truck and cherry picker operator, you’ll help ensure accuracy, safety, and productivity every day. This full-time role offers steady hours, overtime availability, and competitive pay while giving you the opportunity to be part of a team that drives success and supports long-term career growth in the beauty industry.

Pay Rates & Shifts

• 1st shift 6:00AM-4:30PM Mon-Thurs $20/HR
• 2nd shift 4:30PM-3:00AM Mon-Thurs $20.50/HR
• 3rd shift Weekend Days 6:00AM-6:30PM Fri-Sun $21.50/HR
• 4th shift Weekend Nights 6:00 PM-6:30 AM Fri-Sun $22.00

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate reach trucks and cherry pickers.

• Move, stage, and store products at heights up to 42 feet.

• Accurately pick, scan, and replenish inventory.

• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing or sorting when not on equipment.

• Perform daily equipment checks and follow all safety procedures.

• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve daily productivity goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Minimum 1 year of reach truck or cherry picker experience required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and climb stairs.

• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.

• Strong record of attendance and punctuality.

• Familiarity with RF scanners preferred.

Additional Information

• Overtime is mandatory and may include scheduled days off.

• Must submit to a background check and drug screen

• Dress code: warehouse casual (closed-toe shoes required; no hoodies, jackets, cargo pants, or inappropriate graphics).

• Full-time roles may be eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off.
