Recruitment Coordinator

We’re hiring a People Operations Specialist – Recruiting Support to join the TÜV SÜD America Talent Acquisition team! This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented recruiting coordinator who enjoys creating a positive candidate experience, keeping hiring processes moving, and helping a recruiting team operate at its best. In this role, you will: Coordinate interviews, job postings, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities Support recruiters, hiring managers, and People Business Partners throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate recruiting and new-hire information across SuccessFactors and related systems Assist with recruiting metrics, vendor invoices, and operational reporting Contribute to process improvement, workflow automation, employer branding, sourcing, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives Gain exposure to broader recruiting responsibilities as your experience and capabilities develop We’re looking for someone with one to two years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations. Experience with SuccessFactors or another applicant tracking system is strongly valued.
