I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. After spending time as a stay-at-home mom, I chose to return to the workforce and build something meaningful of my own. With a finance degree and a strong business foundation, I’ve created an agency that values balance, flexibility, and long-term growth.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lisa Ramlow - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide clear explanations of insurance options, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and customer care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve results.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
