Sr Project Manager

Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and institutional construction projects valued at $10 million or more. The Senior Project Manager leads projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits. Negotiate subcontract agreements and monitor procurement. Manage project financial performance and cash flow. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, OSHA, and company safety policies. Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships. Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field staff. Prepare executive project reports and oversee project closeout documentation. Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related field preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Extensive knowledge of commercial construction methods and project management. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, budgeting, and organizational skills. Customer service focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software. Physical Requirements Ability to visit active construction sites. Ability to walk uneven terrain, climb stairs/ladders, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to travel to project sites as required. Compensation Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
