Senior Manager, Accounts Payable

Summary The Senior Manager, Accounts Payable oversees the full AP cycle for Christian Dior US and Canada, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, strong financial controls, and continuous improvement of AP operations. This role partners with finance and business leaders to ensure invoices and payments are recorded and paid appropriately and leads the AP team to deliver service excellence. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate processing of Dior US and Canada invoices in accordance with Dior/LVMH policies Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on Accounts Payable issues Manage vendor master data and maintain Dior/LVMH standards for new vendor setups Maintain compliance with accounting and internal control policies related to payment authorization Lead month-end close activities for Accounts Payable and reconcile related balance sheet accounts Run year-end tasks including 1099 compliance and related reporting Develop and maintain AP KPIs and monthly reporting; train business users on expense systems and platforms Supervise, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team to foster accountability and continuous improvement Requirements Minimum 10 years of relevant AP/finance experience with at least 4 years of supervisory or management experience Direct experience with SAP required; experience with Coupa is a plus Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and vendor master data Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership Experience with month-end close processes, reconciliations, and 1099 year-end compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
