Accounting Manager

Japanese manufacturer is seeking Japanese Bilingual Accounting Manager.The ideal candidate must have Five (5) to ten (10) years with hands-on experience in mid to senior level accounting position with bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Exempt position Location: South New Jersey 9:00-5:30, M-F $110-130K plus full benefits package Relocation support Visa support Responsibilities: Monthly Closing Related Items Match Vendor invoices and Enter into the Accounting System Review Accounts Payable Batches for accuracy Match checks to invoices Make a Check File paid vendor invoices File, type, fax or e-mail and copy documents as requested Work with Purchasing Dept to reconcile problem invoices Create Sales Invoice Work with Other Departments to confirm invoicing item Secondary approval on all expenditure requests and disbursements. Create Supporting Document for Journal Entry Journal Entry Managing the preparation of financial reports. Bank Reconciliation Other operation related to monthly closing Overseeing the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting departments. The preparation of Board Meeting Materials. Reporting on the financial well being on a monthly basis Secondary Approval of Disbursements Use of Cost Accounting to generate cost method. Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against the budget. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting or Business with strong accounting experience. Five (5) to ten (10) years with experience in mid to senior level finance or accounting position. Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cost control. Physical Requirements: Must be accessible to all laboratory, manufacturing, and office areas. Business level of Japanese language skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
