Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Spring Flow, your main duties will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms, taking into consideration each client’s unique background and experiences.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and emotional needs.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders and the various treatment options available.

• Monitoring client progress meticulously and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure their effectiveness.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to continually enhance clinical skills.

• Advocating for clients’ mental health needs and combating stigma surrounding mental illness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will also have the opportunity to work with diverse groups of clients, including those who are homeless, refugees, or survivors of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Compensation and Benefits\n
