Qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Excellent interpersonal / customer service skills
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with a wide array of constituents including students, parents, faculty/staff, and maintain appropriate confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to take direction, exercise appropriate judgment and demonstrate initiative
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail
• Skill in use of typical office equipment / technology including the ability to file and maintain accurate records
• Strong skills in computer programs / software / web-based applications including, but not limited to: Google
• Flexibility and adaptability in multitasking which includes support of Principal and Assistant Principal
• Ability to accept many tasks are ongoing and take time to finish
