Director of Marketing | Bioprocessing & Production Chemical Solutions We're partnered with a well-established, integrated manufacturer and distributor of products serving the bioprocessing, life science research and specialty chemical markets and they're looking for a Director of Marketing to lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy across a multi-brand portfolio. This is a rare opportunity for a senior marketer who wants to own the whole picture strategy AND execution — in a commercially driven, growth-oriented environment. Role in Brief Define and execute a portfolio-level marketing vision across multiple operating companies Lead brand architecture, positioning, segmentation, and messaging frameworks Drive hands-on execution across campaigns, digital, content, lead gen, and events Build, mentor, and develop a matrixed, multi-brand marketing team Partner with General Managers, Sales, and Executive Leadership to align GTM strategy with revenue goals Own the marketing budget — from planning and proposal through to ROI reporting Who They're Looking For You're a player-coach. You can set the vision in the boardroom and roll up your sleeves when it matters. You've led marketing across complex B2B, multi-brand or multi-BU environments and you know how to balance centralized efficiency with the autonomy individual brands need to thrive. You also have experience targeting CDMO, pharma, biotech and bioprocessing fields. Ideally You Bring 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in bioprocessing related fields A background in life sciences, specialty chemicals, pharma, contract manufacturing Proven track record with demand gen, content marketing, digital, and events Experience navigating regulated pharma/bioprocessing related industries MBA preferred, but track record counts for more Why It's Worth a Conversation Enterprise scope.
