Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to manage inbound and outbound patient refill calls remotely. The ideal candidate will hold an active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license and demonstrate strong interpersonal and phone skills. Responsibilities include coordinating refills, answering inquiries, and clarifying prescription orders.
