You will shape how customers experience key moments in their journey, from behavior-based and transactional communications to personalized lifecycle messaging. Your work will directly influence a program expected to deliver more than 25% of total email revenue while helping improve the customer experience through smarter targeting, stronger creative, and continuous testing.Where You'll WorkThis role ishybrid and will require you to be onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What You'll DoOwn the strategy and optimization of triggered email campaigns for QVC and HSNManage campaign performance across customer journeys, using data and testing to improve engagement, conversion, and revenueAnalyze results in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Bluecore, and retention marketing reports to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunitiesPartner with the Test & Learn team to develop A/B and multivariate tests across audience, timing, messaging, and creativeCollaborate with internal and external partners to review campaign performance and act quickly when KPIs are not meeting expectationsImprove the customer experience by delivering and relevant lifecycle communicationsTranslate insights into clear recommendations that support year-over-year growth in triggered email revenueWhat You'll Bring2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, retention marketing, or ecommerce marketingExperience building triggered or automated email campaignsExperience using analytics and marketing tools such as Bluecore, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platformsExperience using data to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performanceExperience with A/B testing and campaign optimizationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience#LI-AZ1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
