• Oversee daily moving operations and ensure jobs are properly staffed, scheduled, and executed.
• Lead, motivate, train, and coach moving crews and team members.
• Coordinate with customers before, during, and after moves to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor job progress and resolve operational or customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure crews follow company procedures, safety standards, and customer-service expectations.
• Conduct or assist with quality-control checks on moving jobs.
• Help manage employee schedules, attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
• Maintain accurate records, paperwork, inventory, equipment, and vehicle-related documentation.
• Help ensure moving trucks, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Monitor job profitability, labor hours, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with ownership and management regarding daily operations and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with customer estimates, scheduling, follow-up, and service recovery when needed.
• Represent Pink Zebra Moving professionally and help reinforce the company's culture and values.
• Be willing to jump in and assist the team when needed, including on moving jobs.
• Be willing to assist with marketing.
