Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and provide treatment to clients experiencing major mental health challenges, with a focus on developing individualized, integrated care plans.

• Engage in regular case management activities, including monitoring client progress, updating treatment goals, and adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Perform brief, evidence-based screenings and collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, emphasizing empowerment and client choice to improve therapy outcomes.
\n
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to foster a collaborative approach to client care.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive resources to stabilize clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Engage in on-call duties as required, ensuring client support outside of regular office hours.

• Participate in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and continuously improving organizational quality.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
