Vice President Marketing

Responsibilities: Develop an integrated marketing strategy that builds awareness, attracts new customers, and drives sales across channels. Set and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across brand, retail, digital, and field programs based on clear goals and results. Shape the brand story and lead consistent creative across campaigns, social, email, packaging, events, and in-store marketing. Partner with Sales on shopper programs, retailer activations, and promotions that expand distribution and increase sales velocity. Lead PR, partnerships, events, and creator programs that grow the brand's reach and relevance. Use consumer insights to help shape a three- to five-year product pipeline and lead go-to-market plans for launches. Build and develop the marketing team, using brand, customer, and retail data to guide decisions and measure impact. Qualifications: 15+ years of CPG marketing experience, ideally in nutrition, wellness, or functional food. A track record of scaling brands and leading marketing across retail and ecommerce; experience in both established companies and startups is a plus. Strong financial judgment, including budget ownership, investment decisions, and accountability for commercial results. Experience developing retail marketing plans that resonate with shoppers and support national retail partners. A balance of creative brand thinking and analytical discipline, with the ability to turn limited resources into effective programs.
