It’ll be the hardest job you’ll ever love! Bost, Inc. is seeking a full-time Nursing Home Administrator in our Fort Smith and Booneville Intermediate Care Facilities. Bost is looking for an energetic and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to join our team and develop positive interpersonal relationships with the individual with disabilities who reside and work at our ICFs. Bost offers a comprehensive benefits package, sign‑on bonus, and competitive salary to all full‑time team members. Applicants must be licensed in the State of Arkansas as a Nursing Home Administrator, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and pass a background check, reference check and drug screening. Requirements include administrative supervision of all ICF/ID staff, assures that all federal and state regulations are met, enforces agency personnel policies and procedures, serves on various committees, and other duties as assigned.
