Role: SailPoint Business Analyst
Location: Wilmington, DE 19805
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - must be onsite 3 times per week
Must-Have Skills
- 7 9 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of SailPoint components, architecture, and configuration in both standalone and clustered modes .
- Strong knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) , Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) , access certification processes, stakeholder management, business analysis methodologies, and SailPoint IdentityIQ capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
- Perform gap analysis and process mapping .
- Support UAT coordination and implementation .
- Create visual representations of current and future IAM workflows .
- Ability to implement technical solutions or prototypes that meet all functional and non-functional requirements .
- Excellent communication skills.
A senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Business Analyst with strong IGA/RBAC, IAM workflow, gap analysis, UAT, stakeholder-management, and process-mapping experience.
