Fiduciary Support Specialist - Flexible location within the Truist Geography

Language Fluency English (Required) Work Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Job Grade 106 Location and Work Schedule This is an in‑office position – Monday to Friday. Possible locations include Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Winter Park, FL; and Nashville, TN. Other locations within the Truist geographic area may also be considered. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prioritize relationship management activities by facilitating the day‑to‑day transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, distributions, payments, transfers, or other routine transactions. Enter and maintain appropriate client records, monitor client transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness, and maintain appropriate documentation of client transactions. Utilize various trust systems to effect transactions, monitor accounts, and create reports. Respond to client requests for information and assistance within the appropriate level of authority. Support the sales and retention effort by scheduling appointments, conducting follow‑up telephone calls, and preparing for client meetings. Prioritize fiduciary activities that enable quality client interaction. Continually render extraordinarily responsive and personal service to our Wealth Clients. Participate in onboarding new teammates and training. Assist with special projects for the Fiduciary Group Support Leader. Contribute to a positive team environment that fosters cooperation, trust, and group identity, and be an effective advocate for Wealth clients with other business units. Qualifications (Required) 3+ years in the role as a Fiduciary Support Specialist, trust experience, investment, banking or financial planning‑related client service experience, or equivalent outside experience. Demonstrate an understanding of the operating systems unique to the line of business, including trust and estate. Demonstrate strong knowledge of bank policy and procedures. Strong problem‑solving skills. Contribute to a positive team environment that fosters cooperation, trust, and incorporates the value of the One Team approach. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree. Trust School attendee or graduate. Fiduciary experience a plus.
