Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Drexel Hill, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal.

Personal injury experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Review and draft various legal documents and conduct legal research
• Create and maintain case files and be able to handle cases from inception to trial
• Maintain attorney and Court Calendar/Docket as needed
• E-file documents in state and federal courts as needed (PA and NJ is a plus)
• Assist and meet with clients and maintain valued relationships
• Facilitate organization strategies to meet attorney deadlines efficiently
• Participate in fact investigation and the negotiation of legal disputes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience as a Plaintiff's Litigation Paralegal
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate or commensurate Paralegal experience
• Excellent Written and Oral skills and must be an effective communicator
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Case Management software including but not limited to Clio and Legal Research Search Engines
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation
The anticipated salary range is $65,000-$75,000 per year depending on experience.
