Job Opportunity:

Experienced Legal Secretary/Paralegal in a high profile Trial Attorney's Law Firm

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our success in handling complex legal cases.

Position: Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in civil litigation and personal injury.

• Draft, prepare, and e-file legal documents, related to discovery, pleadings, motions, trial, and post-trial phases of litigation.

• Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling, appointments, and court dates.

• File and organize case materials and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, court personnel, and other law firms.

• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years proven experience as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal in a Trial Attorney's law firm.

• Must be able to work with dictation and online court e-filing systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or college diploma.

• Prior experience working directly with trial attorneys.

Salary commensurate with experience.
