Medical Sales Representative

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and managing relationships within the sales accounts in the assigned territory. Identify, isolate, and pursue new customer acquisition, and conduct cold-calls for potential leads and convert to closed business. Duties and Responsibiliti es:Achieve minimum sales quota requirements as established by the Comp anySatisfy all the Company's customer care requirements as establis hedDevelop and utilize all assets, reference sites, Company's clinical specialists, and Company's partner personnel within Territory to achieve short-term and long-term objectiv es.Generate sales leads principally by cold calling on dermatologists or plastic surgeons (including ASPS, Facial Plastic, Ophthalmic, Plastic and AACS cosmetic surgeons) as well as other physicians in the Territo ry.Maintain and manage a substantial lead pipeline while meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targe ts.Provide timely reports to the Company's headquarters and to the Sales Manager regarding status of each lead and sales opportunity in pipeline through the CRM databa se.Identify and nurture all reference sit es.Provide needed sales support at workshops, tradeshows, sales meetings and semina rs.Maintain a high level of understanding of the applications and performance of the Company's produc ts.Attend and promote workshops and support programs for the Territory in conjunction with the Sales Manager, marketing and clinical departments of the Compa ny. Frequent travel within assigned territory and occasional travel outside assigned territory is requir ed. Qualifica tions:Bachelor's Degree required; Medical device experience is a plusHighly analytical, detail oriented and pride yourself on being organized (Excel and Out look).Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven experience coordinating with external vendors and cust omers.Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced enviro nment.Able to work independently as well as a team setting.
