Job Description

Radar Systems Engineer

Our client is seeking Radar Systems Engineers to support the development, integration and test of scalable, software defined, supportable, S-Band multi-mission capable radar systems. These systems will consist of fixed, transportable, and surface ship radar systems.

Program Overview

Our client is an established subcontractor supporting multiple new development efforts related to the Golden Dome.

Location : Camden, NJ

Clearance: Secret

Salary: $120-150k (DOE) +benefits

What You’ll Do

Requirements definition , verification, and system architecture using DOORS/MBSE, SysML, and trade study techniques.
Develop end to end subsystem integration and test plan creation for radar system verification.
System trade studies and associated analyses
Analyses of alternatives
System performance modeling and analyses
Requirements Verification Test
Participate in engineering technical reviews
Document work and artifacts in Engineering Data SDR
Work onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility with other highly skilled engineers

What We’re Looking For

U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
5+ years of r ecent experience with radar signal processing, algorithm development, and AESA hardware/beam forming expertise; extensive MATLAB/Simulink modeling and performance analysis.
Strong analytical and applied mathematics background
Experience with a minimum of two of the following:
- Requirements definition
- Verification and validation
- Trade studies
- Modeling and simulation
- Integration and test
- System architecture using DOORS/MBSE, SysML,
Proficiency in C++ or equivalent object-oriented computing language
Experience with MATLAB
Model-Based Systems Engineering experience using CAMEO
