Providing legal guidance and support, the full-time Associate General Counsel will manage a variety of legal matters and ensure compliance in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee legal compliance and risk management for the organization Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements Advise on employment law and regulatory issues affecting the company Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract negotiation Experience in employment law and compliance matters
