VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

EFFECTIVE: SEPTEMBER 1, 2026

REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF HUMAN REOURCES

TERMS OF Full time, 12-month position
EMPLOYMENT:

SALARY: $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of employment practices and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws preferred.
• Experience in a public school district preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR information systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees, administrators, and the public.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may deem acceptable and appropriate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Human Resources.
• Maintain confidential employee personnel files and Human Resources records in accordance with district policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate, manage and oversee daily and permanent building substitutes.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, communicating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding.
• Process employment-related documentation, including new hires, transfers, leaves of absence, column changes, resignations, and retirements.
• Coordinate and manage the teacher stipend process.
• Assist with employee certification, licensure, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required.
• Coordinate office communications and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
