Position – Saw Operator

Job Location – Pewaukee, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd Shift

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience – 2+ years of saw or fabrication equipment experience preferred

The Saw Operator is responsible for safely operating saws and related fabrication equipment to cut materials according to job-specific criteria. This role also supports warehouse functions and ensures materials are processed accurately while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Operate cold saws, band saws, and related shop equipment to cut materials to precise specifications.
• Deburr parts to meet job-specific requirements using fabrication equipment.
• Coordinate and perform warehouse functions related to material handling and processing.
• Inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Maintain equipment and assist with building upkeep as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any safety concerns to supervision.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of experience operating saws
• HS Diploma/GED required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness.
