YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Support the coordination of project execution, under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, ensuring tasks, deliverables, and timelines are tracked and met.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, project meetings, and cross‑team communication to maintain project alignment.
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate them to the Senior Project Manager for mitigation.
• Attend meetings with internal stakeholders and clients, take notes, and communicate project status updates; where a direct answer isn't available, acknowledge the point, check internally, and follow up with a response.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical teams (engineering, infrastructure, security, operations), with a basic technical understanding sufficient to follow discussions and relay information accurately.
• Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with vendors or external partners when needed, under guidance from senior team members.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination/management, internships included.
• Understanding project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) at a basic/theoretical level.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence (or similar platforms).
• Basic technical understanding - enough to follow and understand what's being discussed in technical conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable attending meetings with internal stakeholders and clients; able to actively listen, take notes, and know when to say "I'll check internally and get back to you."
• Ability to actively participate in meetings, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Good problem-solving instincts, with the judgment to know when to escalate an issue rather than decide alone.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone depending on the audience (technical vs. business).
