About the Role The PitchBook legal team offers a supportive, dynamic role that assists a growing company by working with stakeholders across the organization on a wide variety of commercial and regulatory legal issues. The administrative assistant manages task assignments to attorneys, completes client compliance questionnaires, organizes electronic records, drafts legal documents, and facilitates electronic signatures. The ideal candidate has impeccable judgment, strong communication and organizational skills, and works well with a diverse range of individuals. Primary Job Responsibilities Manage the assignment of tasks to attorneys in accordance with the Legal team’s task management system Coordinate the completion of our clients’ compliance questionnaires with internal stakeholders Iterate on legal team processes to drive efficiency for the Legal team and internal stakeholders Provide clients a detailed understanding of PitchBook’s business, data practices, and confidentiality considerations when responding to compliance questionnaires Participate in and support requests and calls with client compliance teams Collect information from stakeholders to complete compliance questionnaires Communicate and manage timeline expectations for all stakeholders involved in questionnaire completion Coordinate documents for electronic signature Use Salesforce and other software applications to create electronic records for documentation and organization Prepare and send form letters including cease and desist, unlawful activities, and FOIA requests Collaborate with other administrative assistants to provide comprehensive executive support Model and encourage the company’s vision and values Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of administrative support or client service experience Demonstrated discretion and ability to succeed in ambiguous situations Ability to learn and apply highly technical information Prioritization and multi‑project management in a fast‑paced environment Collaboration skills across the company Proactive critical thinking, self‑start, and rapid learning Excellent listening and communication skills Commitment to delivering high‑quality, detail‑oriented work Commitment to high standards and ownership of service quality Interest in finance or capital markets preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future Benefits + Compensation Physical Health Additional medical wellness incentives STD, LTD, AD&D, and life insurance Emotional Health Paid sabbatical program after four years Paid family and paternity leave Annual educational stipend Tuition reimbursement availability CFA exam stipend Robust training programs on industry and soft skills Employee assistance program Generous vacation, sick, and volunteer days Social Health Matching gifts program Employee resource groups Dependent Care FSA Employee referral bonus program Quarterly team‑building events Shared ownership employee stock program Monthly transportation stipend Compensation This position is non‑exempt and paid a salary of $65,000‑$75,000 Target annual bonus percentage: 5% Working Conditions The role requires on‑site presence five days a week in a standard office setting. The position often uses a PC and telephone, with limited corporate travel to remote offices or business events.
