Client Service Representative – Veterinary Receptionist Gailor Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team of dedicated veterinary professionals at our hospital in Louisville, KY. CSRs are invaluable members of our veterinary team, and we treat them as such. As a CSR, you will be the client’s first and last impression of Gailor Animal Hospital. It’s important that all clients feel welcome, safe, and comfortable, which is why we need someone who can engage with both humans and animals alike with compassion, patience and understanding. The primary responsibility of a CSR is to be efficient in front‑desk operations while effectively bridging communication between pet owners and our veterinary team.
