SOLANA FOUNDATION is seeking a Trading Operations Team Lead to build and manage a global team supporting daily client trading activities. You will play a key role in developing infrastructure for the post-trade lifecycle of digital assets, ensuring timely settlements and risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of post-trade support experience, strong leadership skills, and a track record in end-to-end trade operations.
