Salary $80,000 - $100,000 per year A Bit About Us My client is a turnkey branding solutions company that specializes in linear LED lighting and custom signage to enhance brands visibility. As they grow, they are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team. Why join us? Compensation up to $100,000 Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short/Long Term Disability 401K with company contribution program 15 days Paid Time Off Company Bonus Program Job Details Key duties will include: Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished goods. Utilizing ERP system to manage inventory levels using Inventory Planning and Purchasing modules. Identify and resolve supply chain issues and bottlenecks. Issue Purchase Orders for all stock and non-stock items. Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate rates, manage inventory, delivery terms, and transportation costs. Manage deliveries from local and international vendors. This will include arranging shipment for international ports and working with Custom’s brokers for imported products. Implement processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Manage inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar degree. Minimum of 5 years supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or similar experience. Strong time management, communication, and problem solving skills. Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
