A DAY IN THE LIFE
Assisting mentor with their portfolio of clients Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process Supplier relationship management Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report Flight watching/overseeing flight departures Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations Booking travel for internal staffTo assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc. QualificationsTHE INDIVIDUAL
Hardworking and flexible Ambition, drive and self-motivation Exceptional communication skills Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems Proven administrative experience Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability Additional InformationCOMPANY CULTURE
