Aufbau nachhaltiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen auf C-Level und Positionierung von Ricoh als langfristiger, strategischer Partner Steuerung und Orchestrierung komplexer, internationaler Vertriebsprozesse – von der ersten Ansprache bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss Führen anspruchsvoller Verhandlungen auf Executive-Ebene sowie Abschluss multinationaler Großverträge Enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams (z. Presales, Solution Design, Delivery), um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für Kunden zu entwickeln Aktives Pipeline-Management sowie konsequente Weiterentwicklung von Opportunities mit klarem Fokus auf Abschlussstärke Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale und Trends im Bereich Workplace Experience und Process Automation Ihre Qualifikation Sie sind ein leidenschaftlicher „Hunter“ (m/w/d) mit starkem Erfolgswillen und echtem Drive, neue Geschäftspotenziale zu identifizieren und konsequent in Abschlüsse zu überführen Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Enterprise-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit Fokus auf internationale Neukundenakquise und komplexe Sales-Zyklen Nachweisbare Erfolge im Abschluss von Großprojekten im Multi-Millionen-Bereich – Sie wissen, wie man große Deals strategisch entwickelt und gewinnt Souveränes Auftreten auf C-Level: Sie überzeugen durch Präsenz, Verhandlungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf Augenhöhe aufzubauen Fundierte Marktkenntnisse im Umfeld Workplace Experience (z. Digital Workplace, Collaboration, Meetingroom Solutions) oder angrenzender Technologien und oder Process Automation Solutions (z.B.
