Business Continuity Manager

We Are Hiring Location: Remote with up to 50% travel within all markets. Department/Specialty: Regulatory Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday, Days Salary range: $79,511 - $110,834 annually Eligible for an annual incentive bonus #LI-Remote What You Will Do Resilience Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans to safeguard Ascension and its affiliates against operational disruptions. Risk Mitigation: Conduct strategic risk assessments and contingency planning to minimize downtime and protect critical business functions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recovery strategies meet industry regulatory requirements and organizational standards during and after a crisis. Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with corporate entities and facilities to communicate resilience strategies and maintain seamless operational continuity. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences Bachelor’s degree highly desired, master's degree in relevant field preferred. Certified Business Continuity Professional or relative certification or obtains within one year of employment. Experience in business continuity and/or emergency preparedness, response, and recovery, preferably in health care or hospital operations. Also preferred – IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 training.
