Customer Success & Sales Associate | Remote Sales Job | Full Training Provided

No previous experience is required — full training is provided to help you succeed from day one.

About the Role

As a Remote Customer Success & Sales Associate, you will assist customers, support sales-related activities, and help create positive client experiences through professional communication and problem-solving. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers through email, chat, and virtual platforms
Assist customers with questions, support, and account-related concerns
Support sales operations and customer follow-up tasks
Maintain organized and accurate customer records
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Collaborate remotely with supervisors and team members

Qualifications
