POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of Assistant Program Manager, Medical Receptionist performs administrative duties including reception duties, scheduling appointments and other clerical tasks as assigned. Medical Assistant Receptionist covers back office clinical duties. Please see the attached job description for more information. Location: MUST RESIDE in Hawaii, 100% Remote. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Monday & Friday 8am-5pm, with extended hours as required. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education/Training/ Experience Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent Medical assisting/office experience Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Three (3) years medical assisting/office experience One (1) year working with mental health/substance use disorder clients. Experience working with EPIC EMR Minimum: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology. Comfortable using various forms of information and communication technology. Preferred: Understands patient confidentiality laws (HIPAA) and medical information release procedures and laws.BENEFITS
