SAP BTP Administrator

Position Summary The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Administrator will manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes. This role is responsible for BTP account administration, security, connectivity, service enablement, and platform governance, ensuring high availability, compliance and scalability of SAP cloud solutions. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. Position Responsibilities Responsible for business systems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvements for low complexity applications using established processes and procedures. Estimate and assess impact of requested changes to assigned business system and/or platform. Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues. Develop new processes and procedures in partnership with leadership and business teams. Create and maintain technical documentation. Contribute to peer design and code reviews. Identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. Create and maintain system documentation. Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor’s implementation staff to ensure alignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes. Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identify opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements. Help develop, document, and participate in training and work with end users. Troubleshoot problems and questions and provide regular updates on status. Provide end-user production support for issues entered into issue tracking systems. Review the status of projects and issues with project leadership. Demonstrate flexibility with respect to changing end-user business needs. Apply strong problem-solving skills. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role. Demonstrated ability to understand industry best practices. Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience configuring business systems software in a life sciences, health care, or related industry. SAP BTP Administration (2+ Years): Hands‑on experience with global accounts, subaccounts, Cloud Foundry/Kyma environments, entitlements, and service lifecycle management. Security & Identity Management (1+ Years): Strong knowledge of SAP BTP security concepts including IAS/IPS, role collections, OAuth, SAML, and integration with corporate identity providers. Connectivity & Integration (1+ Years): Experience configuring SAP BTP connectivity services (Cloud Connector, Destination Service, Integration Suite) for SAP and third‑party system integration. Monitoring, Operations & Governance (1+ Years): Ability to monitor BTP services, manage quotas and costs, enforce naming conventions, and ensure platform compliance and stability. SAP Landscape & Cloud Knowledge (1+ Years): Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC landscapes and cloud fundamentals (IaaS/PaaS concepts, networking, certificates, TLS). #J-18808-Ljbffr
