Your schedule follows a convenient 8:00 AM–4:00 PM workday, giving you a structured work-life balance while working onsite in a school setting close to the Mansfield, TX area.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) license, issued by the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
• Previous experience working in school environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Commitment to fostering independence, inclusion, and functional skills among students of varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor skills and functional abilities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other professionals to develop and review goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
