About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Transformation to spearhead large-scale change, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence. This executive will be at the forefront of positioning the organization for long-term growth and competitiveness, with a focus on implementing a NextGen transformation plan. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive transformation strategy, leading cultural and organizational change, and overseeing strategic programs that enhance operational resilience and risk management.
