Program Manager (Global Public Health Program)

Rutgers University is hiring a Program Manager (Global Public Health Program) to oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of international partnerships, educational programs, research initiatives, and community engagement activities for the School of Public Health. The role involves managing global collaborations and study abroad programs, ensuring compliance with university policies, liaising with students, faculty, and international partners, and representing the school in various professional settings. Highlights Supports and maintains development and strategic direction of global partnerships, including educational programs, research, service, and community engagement opportunities. Collaborates closely with Associate Dean for Community Engagement, Population Health, and Global Public Health to manage relationships and initiatives. Represents the School of Public Health at professional meetings, conferences, and international site visits. Manages and supervises Global Public Health Program staff and fiscal administrative personnel. Requires Bachelor's degree in public health, liberal arts, or related field; Master's preferred. Minimum four years of experience in high-level administration, program/project coordination, student engagement, and international academic partnerships. Experience in developing/managing Memoranda of Understanding and Agreements. Strong verbal and written communication, project management, and interpersonal skills required. Must have valid passport for international travel and ability to work independently and collaboratively across university departments.
