Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Prior experience in pediatrics, schools, or a similar environment preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage daily routine care and urgent health situations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering first aid and routine health care during school hours
• Monitoring students with chronic conditions or special medical needs
• Administering prescribed medications in accordance with school policies
• Maintaining accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborating with school personnel, parents, and external healthcare providers
• Participating in IEP or health plan meetings as needed
• Promoting a positive, health-focused school community
