Certified Pharmacy Technician

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Certified Pharmacy Technician will serve as a primary contact for patients and providers, guiding them through the specialty pharmacy care process while managing prescription coordination, patient communication, and billing inquiries. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding specialty medication orders and pharmacy services Guide patients through the specialty pharmacy process by providing education and coordinating services Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and support various stages of the pharmacy order process Required qualifications Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, or equivalent healthcare experience Minimum two (2) years of medical, pharmacy, or healthcare-related experience At least one (1) year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty pharmacy Understanding of pharmacy operations and specialty medication workflows Proficiency with computer systems and patient management platforms
