Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals and promote emotional resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to legal standards and organizational protocols to uphold the integrity and ethical standards of our practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to integrate diverse perspectives and holistic care approaches for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and major life transitions. By applying a range of therapeutic modalities, you will guide individuals of different backgrounds and experiences toward improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships with clients.
