Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a current Arizona Special Education teaching certificate
• (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card is required
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A passion for fostering inclusive and supportive educational settings
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
• Flexible and adaptable approach to a dynamic classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction for K-8 students in a resource setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt curriculum materials and instructional strategies to support student progress and engagement
• Collect data and track student growth to inform educational decisions
• Partner with general education teachers, families, and support staff to create a positive learning experience
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Uphold all confidentiality, compliance, and reporting standards as required for special education
