What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while gaining valuable experience across a broad range of accounting functions:

• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries in Sage 50
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Manage daily cash reporting and assist with cash flow forecasting
• Participate in weekly finance meetings to review cash needs and financial performance
• Support financial analysis, reporting, special projects, and ad hoc requests
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with administrative duties and other accounting projects as needed

You'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 50 experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

This Is an On-Site Opportunity not remote

This position is based at our Walpole, MA office . We believe there's real value in working together—collaborating with colleagues, learning from one another, and being part of the day-to-day team experience. This is an on-site position and is not available as a remote role.
