Marketing Associate

Marketing Associate Employment Type: 20-40 hours/week Salary: $23-$27/hr Location: Remote About the Role We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing and social media efforts. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong pulse on social trends, enjoys creating and organizing content, and is comfortable digging into performance data to see what’s working. You’ll help bring campaigns to life and keep content consistent and on schedule. This position can start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. Responsibilities Social Media Draft engaging copy for social media posts across platforms Schedule and manage content across social channels Research and identify trending audio, formats, and content ideas to bring to the marketing team Assist with editing short-form video for use on website and social media Track social media performance and compile regular reporting Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner Email Marketing Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo Pull campaign performance metrics and compile reports to inform future strategy Influencer & Creator Outreach Identify and reach out to influencers and content creators for potential collaborations Manage gifting and product seeding logistics Track outreach, responses, and relationship status Coordinate content deliverables and posting timelines with partnered creators Qualifications 1 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related marketing role (internship experience considered) Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Strong writing skills with an eye for brand voice and tone Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and translating it into actionable insights Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter who stays current on social media trends and platform changes Nice to Have Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience in Jewelry and E-commerce Photography or product-styling experience Company Description Founded in 2007, RockLove is a licensed jewelry company that creates sophisticated and clever designs with authenticity and artistic integrity as a foundation of the brand.
