Instructional Designer III

Leading the design and development of enterprise learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer III will conduct needs analysis, create instructional materials, and advise stakeholders on best practices to enhance learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end instructional design for complex learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business outcomes Conduct audience and performance needs analysis to define measurable objectives and success metrics Design and develop a variety of instructional materials, including eLearning and performance support resources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning sciences, or a related field Seven years of training and development experience, including five years in curriculum development Experience with authoring tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite Proven ability to independently lead complex learning projects and consult with stakeholders Preferred certification in learning industry design or accessibility/inclusive design practices
