About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. This strategic and operational role is pivotal in translating enterprise priorities into disciplined execution across the company's various activities. The successful candidate will be a highly trusted operator, capable of bringing structure to complex work, anticipating risk, and influencing outcomes. Key responsibilities include driving the execution of high-priority initiatives, maintaining executive-level visibility into portfolio performance, and developing operating rhythms that enhance decision-making and execution. The Chief of Staff will also provide commercial and risk support, build alignment across different functions, and serve as a representative of the COO with a strong understanding of business priorities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree or professional certification such as PMP preferred, and at least ten years of progressive experience in operations, program or project management, finance, sourcing, consulting, or executive support within a complex environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of driving multiple complex initiatives to measurable results, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. The ability to influence without direct authority, build trust with senior leaders, and handle confidential information with discretion is essential. Experience in power generation, distributed energy, infrastructure development, industrial construction, or asset lifecycle management is a plus, as is exposure to related energy infrastructure technologies.
