Environmental Data Analyst

Introduction The Environmental Data Analyst will play a crucial role in updating databases, tracking waste profiles, ensuring regulatory compliance, and running reports efficiently. Attention to detail is a key requirement for this position, and candidates will need to demonstrate their data entry and typing skills during the application process. Attention to detail is a must for this role. All submissions must include a basic typing/data entry test result for review Responsibilities Update database and share site with data for all new, recertified, or amended profiles. Update share site with current approvals and Notification of Treatment Standards forms. Conduct technical regulatory review of waste profile data for compliance with DOT, RCRA, Land Ban, and other regulations. Track and run reports using advanced knowledge of Excel. Validate shipment data for waste tracking purposes. Requirements RCRA and DOT Regulatory compliance or Quality or Government Regulation experience preferred. Manifesting and profiling hazardous and non-hazardous waste experience preferred. Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Other Skills Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software. Knowledge of word processors, like Microsoft Word. Excellent typing and transcription skills, including typing at fast speeds. Ability to research and collect data. Accuracy and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
